Hey I have a similar issue. Maybe some one can help. I have a mikro mk1 and the original box and serials. I bought it from my best friend's cousin. Instead of emailing NI to give up the serials to me, he gave me his email/pass to login the service center. This worked well until i got a new computer n wiped the old one.
Now my best friend and his cousin are fueding and he is ignoring my requests for the information. Serials wont work if they are already registered to another email. (a friggen sob story, I know) Who do I talk to about switching it to my name?
